Paleo no crust salmon pizza

Simple delicious supper for hot summer days


4 – 5 salmon fillets sliced horizontal
Tomato sauce
3 large mushrooms
Coconut oil
Fresh basil/chives/olives
Mozarella cheese


Shape the fish fillets into a round onto baking paper on a tray
Fry the mushrooms til soft in a little fat
Sprinkle mushrooms on top of the fish
Cover with the tomato sauce as shown
Sprinkle on the chopped fresh herbs and olives
Roughly break up the cheese and scatter on top

Place in oven and cook for about 20 mins at 180

Serve with a fresh green salad and enjoy 🙂
